I consider this to be my most successful image because of the deliberate layout of the objects in the frame and the strong contrast of colors. I also believe it's my strongest work due to the planning involved; I carefully staged and arranged everything, rather than capturing something naturally occurring, which is different from my usual approach.
The most challenging aspect of this assignment was deciding which categories of photographs to take myself and which to find online. I spent a lot of time deliberating over which categories I could capture the strongest images for, while ensuring that they remained true to the classification of each category.
In the future, to create stronger images, I need to take more shots of the same subject from different angles and at various times of day to capture the best possible image. Having more options to choose from will help when assembling my webpages, ensuring I select the strongest visuals for my work.

Hi Gabrielle! I really love this image. The contrast between the deep green tree and the one with all the reds and oranges beautifully captures the transition between seasons. The composition is strong, with the main focus placed off-center, giving the image a more dynamic feel. You’ve captured the scene beautifully!
